Client Registration

Thank you for your interest in having The Pawsitive Dog, LLC work with you and your dog. I offer two types of services:

In-Person Services

I typically come to your home so we can work in an environment where both you and your dog will feel relaxed and comfortable. This will allow me to work hands-on with your dog, demonstrate training techniques and other skills for you, and ensure that you are properly applying and utilizing your newfound knowledge . The In-Person option is available to clients in Corrales, Rio Rancho, Los Ranchos and the greater Albuquerque area. This is the best option for new clients with little training experience, and for clients interested in learning TTouch. The fee for In-Person work is $65 per hour, which includes the NM gross receipts tax.

For In-Person Services:

1. If you are a new client, please fill out my online new client form.
2. Upon receipt of your new client form, I will contact you to review your request, more fully discuss your situation if necessary, and schedule an appointment.
3. At our first appointment, you will be asked to sign a copy of the new client form which you have filled out.
4. Payment is due at the time of service – cash or check.

Distance Services

We will communicate via e-mail or by phone. The Distance option may be utilized nationwide for Healing Touch, True Awakenings, Reiki, and for those with some training experience who would like to consult with me about a behavior or relationship issue. For energy work we will discuss the situation and your desires then I will do the agreed-upon energy work and report back to you with the results of the session. The fee for Distance work is $40 per session, up to one hour.

For Distance services:

1. Please fill out my online distance services request form.
2. After filling out the online form, you'll be redirected to PayPal to make your payment.
   (You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.)
3. Upon receipt of your form and payment confirmation, I will contact you to review your request and schedule an appointment.
